Our maître d’ and his staff will be happy to welcome you to the Liberty Dining Room at Hotel Dolomiti. Each evening you will find a different ambience, and stylish and original table settings, making your stay in our mountain hotel in Moena even more interesting. The delicate hues of the restaurant are perfect for a romantic dinner or for relaxing with the whole family.

The Liberty Restaurant at the Hotel Dolomiti features an à la carte menu. Dinner includes a welcome appetizer, a choice of four different pasta and main courses, and dessert.

We have two special appointments during the week: on Tuesday you can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner with a traditional Ladin menu, and on Friday we have a Gala Dinner with buffet and tasting menu – Chef Demetrio’s speciality. The pleasures of the table are yours to enjoy… the only thing left to say is “BUON APPETITO”!
