The same as a Chalet... comfortable in the town of Moena.

On the inside of our Hotel, in the most antique part, our tradition in catering takes the form of the Ladino style "Stube", in larch wood. Here today, like at the beginning of our historic hoteliers, we welcome guests with delicious platters, starting from the basic recipies of our tradition.

Classics, for examole, polenta with stewed deer, our grilled sausage, dumpling with smoked bacon and with cheese, grilled, "Carne Salada", and many more wisely elaborated and cured by the Chef Demetrio.

Our Traditional Menù is enriched with refined platters from Demetrio's Risottos, Roasts, Grilled Lamb Ribs, the nobile Tagliatelle with Mushrooms, just to name some. The atmosphere is warm and romantic: you can pass your enjoyable candlelight evening meals with Family and Friends. 

In summer the tables on the terrace are ideal to lunch or dinner in the open air.
